Hello Hotpotters

We wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for the incredible support you've shown us over the years. Your enthusiasm and love mean the world to us, and we wouldn't be where we are without each and every one of you.

As we navigate the hectic and exhilarating journey of life on the road, we've found ourselves facing numerous challenges to ensure each show is an unforgettable experience for all of you. One aspect that has become increasingly difficult for us is the recording of fan video messages, which we normally have to do on show days.

While we love connecting with you through these videos, our show logistics have become increasingly demanding (if you went to the Big Bash 3 you’ll know why), adding an extra layer of complexity to an already intense schedule. We've taken some time to reflect on how we can streamline our processes and make life on the road more sustainable for the Hotpots in the long term.

After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to no longer provide video messages. This decision wasn't made lightly, but we hope that by relieving some of the logistical stress of being in the band, we can keep the Hotpots going a a band for longer.
